职位描述

Summary:
Reporting to regional sales director, responsible for selling Gemalto IDP products to the assigned accounts at the assigned territory and achieving the sales target.

This is a combined channel sales and named account management position with the expectation that the RSM will focus on bringing IDP products to market through direct touch on named accounts while leveraging partner ecosystem as a mean to execution for success. To be explicit, the RSM will be required to identify the specific verticals based upon the use-cases available for Gemalto’s Data Protection portfolio and select specific accounts to go after.

The RSM is expected to deliver consistent revenue performance and growth and will need to opportunistically look at the market for breakout revenue opportunities.

Qualification Requirements:
Education:
? University degree in MIS, Computing or Marketing or similar subject.
Experience:
? 5+ years of sales experience in selling enterprise IT solutions with at least 3 years in North and/or East China.
? Experience in selling IT solution with direct engagement to large enterprise or hi-tech manufacturing accounts.
? Working experience in foreign IT vendor is an advantage.
Skills:
? Proven track record in selling IT solutions and growing revenue.
? Ability to develop and enhance customer relationship at all levels, and implement account/sales plans.
? Ability to develop and enhance business relationships with all types of partners and manage partners to achieve desired results.
? Good presentation skill, capable to articulate technical proposals to decision makers at both technical and business levels.
? Ability to translate Business Unit product strategy into executable sales plan.
? Strong on pipeline building as well as the ability to follow through and manage the entire sales cycle.
? Ability to generate accurate and realistic forecasts.
? Pro-active team player.
? Capable of working independently under sales objectives assigned by regional sales director.
? Good and interpersonal skills with self-motivated personality.
? Willing to take challenging work.
? Spoken and written English.
Licensures, Certifications:
 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: (% of time)

90% Sales activities
? Identifying qualifying and quantifying all opportunities within the assigned territory and leading the sales effort.
? Manages all aspects of the sales cycle.
? Delivers on-set objectives to achieve revenue and growth targets
? Customer and partner visits and relationship development, implementation of account/sales plans.
? Manages and develops relationships with named accounts at all levels.
? Development of business relationships with targeted new accounts and partners.
? Presentation of solutions and proposals directly to end users and partners.
? Involved in communication with customers and partners on product changes, product upgrades and product innovations.
? Drive demand generation with partners through appropriate channel and marketing support mechanisms.
? Coordinate with SE regarding technical requirements for specific opportunities.
? Participate and represent the company at appropriate user conferences and trade shows.
10% Other duties as assigned
? Provides accurate and reliable sales forecast to the Sales Director.
? Provides weekly reports on sales activities, presents quarterly territory plans and reviews.
? Report on demand generation activities.
? Other duties as assigned.

Scope of Responsibility:
? Responsible for selling Gemalto IDP products to the assigned vertical segment and territory, and achieving revenue targets.
? Responsible for developing Go-To-Market strategy by identifying Top-Accounts to hunt while managing the incoming inquiries as assigned.
? Develops and manages channels and named accounts; open and close sale of products.
