Job description:

• Develop bioanalytical methods to characterize physicochemical and functional properties of novel biological products.

• Develop bioanalytical methods for product pharmacokinetics and immunogenicity analysis in toxicity studies.

• Perform comparability and stability characterization to support product development.

• Structure and function relationship study to define key quality attributes of novel products.

• Manage outside contract labs (CROs) on product development activities.

• Collaborate and support quality control unit of BeiGene Biologics.

• Report progress regularly and write study reports to program leader.

• Support regulatory submissions of products from CTA until NDA/BLA.

Requirements:

A Ph.D. degree with 0-3 years of experience in protein chemistry, molecular biology, analytical biochemistry or related field is required. Good oral and written communication skills are required. Past experience in monoclonal antibody development, characterization, and quality control is preferred. This position may interface with antibody early discovery, antibody manufacture and CMC development, and regulatory affairs. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to be involved in several aspects of monoclonal biologics development from lead discovery until product registration submission.
