POSITION SUMMARY:

This role incorporates the following functions:

Invoicing

Accounts Receivable

General support to Finance Manager

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. To work with Business Development Team on new customers’ documents and ensure it meet Internal Audit requirement

2. To ensure revenue on SAP is the same as WS* system (a transaction system) on a daily basis

3. To issue local tax invoicing completed timely and accurately

4. To report and declare VAT on local e-tax accurately

5. Be responsible for external account receivable collection process

6. To update external account receivable aging report on a weekly basis, follow up with both customers and Business Development Team for cash collection

7. To complete global rebate report, post monthly rebate accruals on SAP and ensure rebate accruals is sufficient

8. To complete reports on external customer revenue.

9. To prepare documentations for APAC Internal Audit regularly or irregularly

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

1. Excellent oral and written communication skills
2. Knowledge of PRC GAAP
3. Eye for detail, accuracy is imperative
4. Ability to meet deadlines
5. Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
6. Ability to handle confidential information in a discreet, professional manner
7. SAP experience is a preferable.
8. Good EXCEL skills
