Job description:

Devise media schedule to implement the approved plan

Negotiate the best possible media rate, ad positioning and added value for clients

Secure media space and follow up on media placement

Handle TV pre-emption and monitor print ad appearance

Provide timely post-TV campaign analysis and print position monitoring report upon campaign completion

Evaluate appropriate media opportunities for clients

Update media plan and spending on a regular basis

Ensure timely and accurate data entry for media invoicing every month

Assist planning team in day-to-day account handling and ongoing media service delivery




Requisition:

At least 2 years experience at the same position, in 4A agencies would be prefer.

Good interpersonal and communication skill

Proficiency in using ACN & CSM system

Proficiency in English, both oral and written

Good in computer skills, able to use MS Excel, PowerPoint efficiently

As a detailed, smart, dynamic, responsible and efficient team player
