Job Title: SPM
Location: Shanghai

Primary Function/Major Responsibilities:
？ Responsible for Leads generation,
？ Responsible for digital marketing campaign creation, development of new tools especially in digital marketing to help for branding, customer awareness and drive/create demand
？ Responsible for China Website maintenance increase website traffic
？ Responsible for PPC/SEO to drive traffic
？ Responsible for social media marketing development
？ Work with team to support high growth segment visibility, generate MQL/SQL and build funnel
？ Responsible for product promotion fasten new product market awareness
？ Responsible for marcom related
？ Support for market research to update the market / competition understanding / dynamics.

Specific Job Skills Required:
？ Knowledge of marcom
？ Knowledge of leads generation and digital marketing
？ Excellent communication skills, both English & Mandarin.
？ Proven leadership ability to drive growth and change in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Education and/or Experience Required:
？ STEM background. MBA is a good addition.
？ 5+ years relative experience in instrument industry
