Candidate Profile:

- Min 5Y experience on semiconductor backend production and manufacturing

- Experience on discrete product knowledge and project management skill preferred

- Team work, good communication skill

- Good English reading/speaking/writing

Candidate Responsibilities:

Support division activities in backend manufacturing at Suzhou China. This task is requesting a strong competencies at backend manufacturing level involving both assembly and test technologies. Need to build a strong cooperation with supply, division and other related groups, to provide onsite support and fast response. It’s also important to understand the product characterization in order to anticipate the demand and translating into NPI.
