岗位职责：

1、处理公司的法律事务；
2、根据国家的法律、法规以及各项政策，为客户提供法律方面的咨询与服务
3、关于公司的设立、合并、分立、投资、融资等项目提供法律事务支持
4、对于相关联市场的管理
5、与客户保持联系与沟通

职位要求：

1、大学本科及以上学历
2、通过国家司法考试并获得执业律师资格
3、对于民商法领域有一定的工作经验，能够独立处理相关事务
4、良好的沟通技巧，善于团队合作
5、良好的英语口语及书写能力
