岗位描述：
2.制定，参与或协助上层执行相关的政策和制度；
3.负责部门内部的日常管理以及员工的培训、指导和考核；
4.负责组织的销售运作，包括计划、组织、协调和评估；
5.协助总经理制定销售目标、销售模式、销售战略、销售预算和奖励计划；
6.建立和管理销售队伍，完成销售目标；
7.从销售和客户需求角度，对产品的研发提供指导性建议。
任职要求：
1.专科及以上学历，营销相关专业；
2.2年以上销售经验，有销售管理经验者优先；
3.丰富的客户人脉资源，业绩优秀
4.较强的市场分析、营销、推广和良好的沟通、协调、组织能力；
5.可用英语作为工作语言，会西班牙语者优先。
