Job Description
- Support Local HRL on leadership development, organization development and advising partner for HR topics at the location for the supported business areas.
- Contact person with HRC and HRS on various HR topics.
- Ensure the Bosch/TT Worldwide Standard HR tools and processes are well implemented in the supported business areas, such as GPD, TAR, CptM, CDD and Succession Plan etc.
- Evaluate external labor market conditions and talent trends, develop recruitment strategies, policies, and processes to ensure the talent needs are met in a timely manner;
- Build up business competence by supporting managers and colleagues according to agreed development plans;
- Provide support and advice to managers on employee relationship work, and ensure the employee relationship in line with the labor law, local policies, procedures and laws;
- Actively interact with management and staff to establish effective and diversified channels to ensure the smooth flow of information in supported business areas;
- Manage complex and difficult HR Projects cross-functionally based on business needs;
- Other tasks assigned by supervisor.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree or above, major in HR, business admin, or equivalent subject
- More than 6 years HR working experience in a MNS, and 3 years HRBP experience in a Sales organization
- Proficiency in the use of a variety of office software (Word/Excel/PPT/Outlook)
- Good English language skill
