我们的客户是国际性的，年轻的建筑设计公司，主要负责商场设计，大型酒店项目和办公室大厦设计。现有一建筑设计经理的空缺。

职责和要求

1. 5-8年相关建筑经验
2. 建筑设计项目的方案创作和扩初设计等相关工作;
3. 设计团队的管理和组织，协调等相关工作。
4. 能独立建模，能画DD图，深化图纸，对国内规范熟识
5. 能与设计院和业主协调
6. 独立负责项目的把控和组织协调工作
7. 有国内大型设计院或外企工作经验或与外籍设计师合作经验者优先
8. 具有较好的英语听说读写能力优先。
9. 能即时上班者优先
