1. Responsible for exceeding Annual Sales Target of China, managing key distributors to deliver annual revenue commitment with direct sales. 达成上级要求的年度销售目标，管理核心经销商，落实并协助达成各个经销商的年度销售业绩.

2. Assist CCO in developing and implementing sales strategies and initiatives. 协助CCO积极主动的发展和实施销售战略及销售政策.

3. Understand customer' needs, and provide customers with solutions. 了解客户需求, 提供客户解决方案

4. provide technical advice and training to customers and irrigation product sales related services , promote the achievement of sales. 为客户提供技术咨询与培训、灌溉产品销售相关的服务，以促进销售业务的达成

Job Requirement/职位要求：
1.Bachelor’s Degree above in mechanical engineering and automation, agricultural water conservancy engineering related professionals preferred;

2. 2 years + experience work as a sale

3.be familiar with AUTOCAD design software, engineering software and other related office software

4.CET 4, with good English expression and communication skills is preferred;

5.good communication skills and strong sense of sales and selling intention;

6.have good team spirit and conduct sales occupation;

7.Willing to travel

●大学本科。专业：机械工程及自动化，给水排水工程等相关专业；

●销售经验二年以上。
●熟悉操作AUTOCAD设计软件、常用办公软件以及工程软件；
●英语四级以上，具有良好的英文表达和沟通能力者优先；
●有良好的销售意识，沟通能力和较强的销售意愿；
●有良好的团队合作精神和销售职业操守；

●能够适应出差；
