KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• According to requests of line manager, develop forward looking applications and solutions of dietary supplements, application of other health & nutrition food in business opportunities;
• Develop technical solutions and enlarge DuPont Diet supplements solution pool for future, provide technical solutions and services according to customers’ technical requests;
• Response New product development from Lab to pilot launch in plant, support plant launch new product, trouble shooting and create process flow.
• Together with line manager, report on technical achievements to Innovation director and to Global Innovation organization.
• Assist and support line manager for projects/TSRs development and project/lab management.

REQUIREMENTS

• MS with a minimum of 3+ years’ experience, or bachelor with 5+ years’ experience, Food Science, pharmacy application or related field with proven experience in health foods, dietary supplements; Familiar with probiotics, Vitamins, prebiotics& fibers, plant extracts…...
• Experience in presentation skill, training internal and external customers.
• Basic knowledge and experience with health foods and dietary supplements, pharmacy production process, will service customer and trouble shooting in factory.
• Good oral and written communication skills (both in Chinese & English)
• Compliance with all company policies is required.
