· Perform demand forecasting and planning.

· Generate master planning, develop and execute weekly build plans.

· Subcontractor management to ensure deliverables to meet company revenue plan.

· Drive Subcon in meeting key performance indicators and continual improvement in planning and execution process, continuous improvement in systems/tools and business processes based on market and industry requirements to be competitive in Supply Chain speed, cost and quality.

· Communicate build plans, shipment schedules and priorities to manufacturing teams.

· Responsible for order management and communicate to Customer Service Representative on customer enquiry.

· Responsible for on time delivery to customers.

· Acknowledge orders in Oracle per lead-time and/or customer request date.

· Responsible for Product line inventory turns and manage excess and obsolesces.

· Manage sample fulfillment to customer.

· Monitor builds and aging work orders and escalate to management if necessary.

· Manage build plans carefully to avoid inventory exposure.

Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Economic/Mathematics/equivalence, Master’s with min 5 years working experience in Sales or operation planning, Master Planning, Production Control or its related preferably in Semiconductor industry.

· Familiar with Oracle/ERP system, strong MS Office skills.

· Attentive to details and highly analytical.

· Familiar with Inventory Management concept, plans and strategies.

· Good communication, assertiveness and inter personal skills with the ability to interact at all levels, with strong stakeholder management and influencing skill.

· Demonstrate strategic thinking, detailed execution, have high team enthusiasm, and with LEAN thinking.

· Self-motivated organizer who can work independently, multi-tasking, eager to learn and positive thinking.
