About You

The role of Summergate’s Brand Manager is to develop brand strategy to support revenue growth.

You will be asked to：

Strategy and Planning

· Rolling 18 month brand plans – work across sales, finance and logistics departments to develop 18 month rolling brand strategy that supports volume and revenue growth. Present plans and get sign-off from both internal parties and external suppliers.

Execution and Implementation

· Activities and promotions – work with sales and marketing teams to execute promotions and activities across multiple channels and routes-to-market.

· Events – work with sales and regional marketing teams to develop and execute small to large scale events.

Reporting and Analysis

· Reporting and analysis – develop and present sales and marketing reports on a regular basis to both internal stake-holders as well as external suppliers

· Brand P&L – manage brand P&L for Greater China market, remaining within budget throughout the year.

Other

· Short and medium term projects – work in and occasionally lead small multi-function project groups to deliver key outcomes for business.

The ideal candidates…

· Bachelor degree holder

· 3 years marketing experience in either FMCG, Alcoholic beverages or retail businesses. (Some field sales experience is a plus)

· Strong understanding of Chinese retail market (both online and offline)

· Ambition , Energetic and Self-motivated is a MUST

· Customer – oriented, Creative and thinks outside the box, strong passion in Sales & Marketing.

· Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

· Fluent English and Mandarin skill (both written and spoken)

· Well organised, good analytical and Excel skill is highly preferable.

· Ability to work in multi-cultural team
