1. 参与和协助与合作方的商务谈判、合同及协议的起草；

2. 及时进行电子版和纸质版业务合同的登记、分类和管理工作。

3. 协助部门经理负责采购，保证采购工作的及时性，准确性(保质保量)，价格最优。

4. 处理报价、客户跟踪、客户信用管理等相关事务

5. 掌握各个项目的进度，对验收的项目及时完成验收单的收集管理。

任职要求：

1. 受过商务谈判、经济法、商务合同起草等方面的培训。

2. 在工作能力和实践经验上，须具备较强的业务执行能力及谈判能力。

3. 拥有良好的亲和力及沟通协调能力。

4. 工作中敢于承担责任，不找借口，有强烈的责任感。

5. 做事讲究效率，时间观念强，保密责任心强

6. 能熟练使用word、Excel office办公软件
