1. Process and manage customer's orders in compliance with order fulfillment process guidelines, function's performance standard and business rules with competences in Filtran Management System.

2. Schedule delivery plans and track order status of overall order process with highlights in delivery of the right products, and documents follow up for smooth delivery of \products to customers.

3. Work closely with other teams to solve problem at each stage of pre-order entry, order entry, post order entry.

4. Perform any and all work related to customer service performance and customer satisfaction (e.g., reporting on customer satisfaction metrics and customer complaint process, Customer Website); to reporting, investigating and resolving any customer complaints (e.g. quality issues, delivery time issues, etc.)

5. Implement processes to ensure effective planning of ECN, phase outs or new launches.

6. Implement and control process in cases of abnormal changes in the customer forecasts/demands potentially affecting capacity, material pipeline –shortages, excess and / or obsolete.

任职要求：

1. Bachelor's degree or above in logistics, engineering or related fields.

2. At least 3 years working experience in Production Planning/Fulfillment area, auto parts manufacturing plant preferred.

3. Good English communication skills in speaking & written.

4. Knowledge in MRP/ERP system, SAP experience is preferred.

5. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in an interdisciplinary team enviroment, as well as independently. Can develop and establish good team work/relationships with all depts.

6. Strong communication and listening skills.
