职位描述
岗位职责：
This position supports the existing SRM team in Asia. The role will be to work closely with internal and external clients on all aspects of our safety and risk projects delivering high quality products on time and on budget.
1. To support Safety and Risk Consultant to deliver fee earning projects in Mainland China.
2. Support development of proposals, reporting, and client interaction with the guidance from Senior, Principal, and Directors as required.
3. Analysing data effectively and undertaking desk-based studies and site visits and site-based works, when required.
4. Completing project documents to the high standard ARCADIS requires in accordance with project timescales and budget, client requirements as well as national standards and codes of practice and supporting senior colleagues as and when required.
5. To assistant PM to conduct site safety inspections and audits.
6. To provide support in the delivery of projects and professional assignments.
7. To be able to take a simple brief from a more senior member of staff and act upon it.
8. Demonstrate effective communication ensuring all information is available for the successful completion of projects.
9. Representing the company in a professional and diligent manner, meeting, negotiating and corresponding with clients forming a strong working relationship in true partnership.
10. To develop strong working relationships with clients and manage the client’s expectations.
11.To provide all work outputs in an accurate and timely manner.
任职要求：
1. Recognized Bachelor Degree in Safety engineering, Environment management, Engineering or related disciplines.
2. Good communication, team work.
3. Responsible and hard working.
4. Proficient in PC application.
5. Good presentation skill.
6. Proficient in speaking, writing English, good listening and reading.
7. Overseas Master degree in an HSE related science or engineering.
8. Knowledge of HSE and Risk management, fundamental Project Management
systems and procedures in the construction industry would be desirable.
