Key Responsibilities:

• Support localization project of new enhancement branding, includes Chinese enhancement website, event execution and other collaterals.

• Co-work with BD team as well as PD and marketing team to implement promotion plan with effective cost control to maximize the business outcome in terms of utilization. Sourcing local key events and help BD to get high level client contacts and influence.

• Lead and manage client program success by proactively managing program promotion and exposure to public and end-user and drive utilization and declaration by marketing/concierge fulfillment and deliverable development, include client/partner benefits design and development, joint promotion plan and execution.

• Plan and implement local Aspire event and activities to build and further develop Aspire brand preference and influence.

• Build strong PR relationship with government, industry association, opinion leaders and key influencers and implement local Aspire club activities (if needed).

• Support functional head by building, executing and maintaining a CRM plan to strengthen our partnership with key influencers, decision makers and opinion leaders in China market.

Required Skills and Knowledge (Brief description of technical knowledge or skills needed to perform the job)

• Good knowledge and sophisticated skills on product/service marketing, digital marketing, and database marketing.

Required Competencies:

• Can work independently under pressure. Be a fast learner.
• Strong sense of responsibility and ownership.
• Highly confident, presentable and polished.
• Passionate, constructive, energetic and is a change maker

Required Work Experience

• Five years or above working experience in marketing/PR field.

• Experience in banking industry or government sector is preferable.

• Experience in working with senior executives directly or reporting to senior executives directly.

• Experience in event management, promotion planning and execution.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor degree with major in Marketing or Communications preferable
