Duties and Responsibilities：

- Providing general administrative support such as preparing correspondence, forms and reports, arranging meetings, composing regular correspondence, reports and documents, filing electronic and hard copy, tracking deadlines etc.

- Support for end to end internal recruitment thru agency, online job posting and website including preparing job analysis and posting, tracking candidates, CV screening and conducting interviews.

- Responsible for staffing process including offering, preparing contract, proceeding employment procedures, selecting and filing of personal files.

- Work permit application and renewal for foreign employee.

- Conduct staff orientation program.

- HR daily reports, data maintaining, updating and analysis.

- Supporting on labor management and dispute.

- Supporting all administrative tasks including booking hotel and tickets, ordering and maintenance of stationary and equipments, storage and distribution of uniforms, express, necessary support for meetings and interviews etc.

- Coordinate the communication and internal process across departments and studios.

- Assist on any ad hoc duties assigned by HR manager.

Skills and Specifications：

- Knowledge of recruitment process and PRC labor laws and regulations.

- Medium proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Internet Explorer.

- Open minded, diligent, cooperative and detail oriented.

- Good communication and pleasant personality.

- Good English commander both in writing and speaking.

- 2 years related work experience.
