职位描述

Accounting
Ensure a proper bookkeeping practice as well as the preparation of monthly and year-end reports in accordance with ESPRIT’s accounting policies, chart of accounts and related accounting principles. Ensure a proper handling of all financial aspects in order to meet truth and fairness as well as all legal requirements.

Involve and handle GL issues, take the responsibility of expense control, book in and analyse
Monthly closing for retail legal entity. (Prepare monthly accrual voucher such as salary, logistics cost, taxation, etc.; Related account reconcile-Assist in Month ending close)
Preparing reporting package and produce relevant information for requirement.
Support internal & external audit
Coordinate to solve financial issues (GL & FA related)

Tax

Monthly tax reconciliation for retail legal entity, including VAT and duty
Annual tax filing for legal entityn
Ensure smooth coordination with tax bureau
