Description
There is an exciting opportunities for a Customer Account Controller (Aftermarket Spares – Line Parts) in the Customer Regional Team. This role will report to the Head of Service Operations and be part of the cross functional team based in our soon to be established Customer Service Centres (CSC).
This role will be the primary point of contact for Customers, Lessors and Parts Stockists to: place, track and expedite demand for aftermarket spares and coordinate returns. This role initiates the sales order within the ERP system and administers customer enquiries and orders to meet agreed service levels/key performance indicators.
Successful candidates will be part of a small cross functional team. They will demonstrate close team working relationships and flexibility.
Key accountabilities are.
? Primary point of contact for Customers, Lessors and Parts Stockists to: place, track and expedite demand for aftermarket spares and coordinate returns.
? Report on parts availability & delivery, ensuring contract achievement and driving the appropriate supply chain resources to resolve issues. Escalating as necessary to the Head of Service Operations.
? Create, change and communicate customer enquiries, quotations and orders in line with customer requirements.
? Resolution of customer queries, including accounts receivable, invoices, data errors and resolution. Organise and track material returns and appropriate replenishment.
? Process complaints through the use of company standard systems, processes and reports.
? Support process improvement through Community of Practice
Qualifications
? 5 + years equivalent experience or Direct customer relationship experience.
? Proven ability to work in a multifunctional and multicultural environment.
? Good knowledge of Planning & Control ERP process and systems.
? An ability to manage potentially difficult Customer relationships.
? Excellent communications skills.
? Team working is essential for this role.
? A distinct drive for results.
