1. 推行、建立、维护、完善QMS，包括：策划、建立必要的文件系统，并培训、实施、跟踪、审核、改善。
2. 负责QMS的运行和持续改进，包括接受外审及每年组织至少一次内部审核。 维持公司及员工的各类检验资质和行政许可证书。
3. 随时了解掌握各检验部门业务及质量情况，跟踪协助解决质量问题（特别是重大紧急的质量问题）。 策划、领导、执行（或参与）质量项目（特别是重大项目）。包括涉及的业务过程、体系要素、质量职能等。
4. 与区域领导、总部有关人员、检验团队各部门沟通协作，必要时并参与到客户、供应商的互动，以有效解决质量问题。保持日常沟通，及时解决问题，确保没有投诉。
5. 担当桥梁作用，承上启下，协助总部与各部门之沟通和行动追踪。确保及时妥善处理各种信息。
6. 担当技术与管理支持，进行及分担必要的QM培训指导活动；根据各部门需求和工作需要酌情进行。
7. 主动进行或协助追踪领导关心的有关事项。保持内部沟通，主动提出方案，自主协调进行工作。

任职要求：

1. 本科或以上学历，工科背景，石油化工/机械/质量/工业工程专业；
2. 五年以上石油化工/建筑/机械/检测服务类公司服务经验，有质量安全方面工作经验更佳；
3. 系统全面的QM业务知识和技能，熟悉ISO:9001,ISO/IEC17025,特种设备检验检测机构管理规定及相关法规，海洋石油专业设备检验检测机构管理规定及相关法规，并有导入及维持运行的能力。
4. 良好的语言文字功底，良好的英语沟通和读写能力，以及文档表单设计能力；
5. 有敬业精神，坚持原则。工作积极主动、勤奋、稳定。
6. 身体健康。

Founded in year 2001 in Shanghai, Industry and Facilities (I&F) Division is one of the four operation platforms of Bureau Veritas in China. It provides conformity assessment and technical consulting services related with QHSE and Social Responsibility to domestic and foreign companies, from small to very large ones in the fields of industry, construction, and management systems, aiming at creating added value for clients through assistance in risk management and performance optimization.
