职位描述

  • Develop PUB & Large Account clients in Shanghai ;
  • Spend approximately 80% of time in establishing and growing long-term relationships with target accounts ;
  • Develop and execute sales accounts plans and supporting strategies ;
  • Prepare and execute plans for developing executive-level relationships with corporate accounts ;
  • Deliver professional presentations and product demonstrations to key influencers within client’s organizations ;
  • Lead preparations for major tenders and negotiate contracts ;
  • Develop and manage regional sales processes, procedures, and operating standards ;
  • Determine key sales KPIs and monitor reginoal performance against these ;
  • Oversee regional sales reporting and data collection and maintain data/report integrity.
  • Bachelor Degree in business or equivalent ;
  • At least 8 years relevant work experience in sales, ideally in human resources, consulting areas;
  • Understanding or experience with corporate clients and their idiosyncrasies and buying psychology ;
  • Honestly and integrity is an absolute must, and an personality - down to earth, humble but hard-working and smart ;
  • Strong ability with numbers, and ability to express thoughts logically and clearly ;
  • Good level of English in oral, read and write.
