岗位职责：
1.负责空调、消防、给排水的设计工作；
2.负责设计前的相关方案；
3.根据项目进度完成扩初、施工图的设计、审校工作；
4.配合解决现场施工中的技术问题；
5.主管交代的其他事宜。

任职资格：
1.暖通相关专业毕业，大专或以上学历；
2.三年以上工作经验，独立设计能力较强；
3.熟悉本专业相关规范、标准及新技术的应用；
4.工作责任心强、具备良好的职业素质、团队合作精神，沟通协调能力强；
5.具有一定的现场施工管理经验。
