Job responsibilities:

1.Transfer and train all COMPANY request to the suppliers
2.Track the dies, fixtures, all facilities development and validation in supplier sites;
3.Guide and improve the suppliers process and production control;
4.Perform Process and Product release in the suppliers sites;
5.Participates in meetings between suppliers, engineers, and purchasing representatives to facilitate material substitution, standardization, rework, salvage, and economical procurement of parts/equipment;
6.Collect the failure data, and perform the analysis, define the corrective action with the suppliers, and follow- up verification;
7.Report regularly supplier performance to manager

Requirement:

1.Minimum Bachelor degree level engineer in a Mechanical field;
2.Minimum 5 years experience in supplier quality management in the automotive industry or ancillary industry
3.Welding and sheet metal stamping experience is prior of , especially TIG, MIG welding
4.Master APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC, FMEA quality tools
5.Understood ISO/ TS 16949 quality system requirement
6.Frequently spoken, written, read in English
7.Good team work spirit


供应商质量管理-焊接

Location: Harbin Beijing

Department: 采购部

工作职责：
1.将COMPANY 的标准及要求培训和传达给供应商
2.跟踪模具、装置和所有设备的开发及有效性
3.指导和提高供应商流程及产品控制能力
4.参与供应商、工程师、采购代表的会议，促进设备材料的替代、标准化，修订以及更经济的采购零件及设备
5.与供应商一起收集失败的数据，分析和更正，并跟踪核实

要求：
1.工程机械专业本科以上学历
2.至少5年汽车领域供应商管理经验
3.焊接和和金属冲压，尤其是TIG，MIG焊接经验
4.能应用APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC, FMEA工具
5.了解ISO/ TS 16949质量管理的要求
6.流利的听说读写英语
7.良好的团队精神
