职位描述

Job Description:

The Financial Analyst will responsible for the reporting, planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial / operational analysis within the Company. In addition to these duties, this person will assist the Finance and Accounting team in ad hoc projects.

Specific Responsibilities:

?Prepare US GAAP periodic financial statement for China entities
?Coordinate with outside auditors for annual auditing
?Implement SOX in China entities
?Organize and take ownership for the annual operating plan and annual strategic goal setting process
?Manage the budgeting process; consolidate results and assist in the determination of proper targets
?Assist in developing the presentation to senior management
?Consolidate and analyze the strategic plan and provide support for internal and external presentations
?Model and manage the Company's 12 month rolling forecast process as well as multi-year financial plans
?Update assumptions and track changes to forecasts
?Prepare monthly and quarterly budgets and actual reporting at a cost center and company-level for operating expenses, capital expenses, and headcount
?Track and report on spending for the start-up of the new manufacturing project
?When needed, provide cost-benefit and return on investment analysis for significant capital expenditures and projects
?Assist with ad hoc projects


Minimum Requirements:

?The ideal candidate will possess relevant experience in all areas and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
?Strong written, verbal, and analytical skills are essential
?A Bachelor's Degree is required in Accounting or Finance
?Strong knowledge of US GAAP, PRC GAAP , SEC regulations, and SOX implementation
?Minimum 5-7 years of experience with progressively increasing financial planning and analysis experience
?Analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills as well as the ability to make independent decisions and manage projects is required
?Ability to work independently as well as across the organization
?Strong ERP background such as SAP and AX.
?Strong English communication skills


We prefer candidate having 3 years big 4 accounting firm working experience
