主要职责

1）
对所负责的车型的新工艺的研究、开发、编制及推广工作负责
2）
与产品设计工程师共同工作，负责协调产品的工艺可行性
3）
负责该车型总装所有工艺资料的编制
4）
对所负责的车型的试制和投产工作负责
5）
负责该车型通用设备的改造或升级调试的技术支持
6）
负责该车型专用设备的准备和购买；
7）
负责该车型的的零部件的认知准备
8）
负责该车型试制和投产阶段的工艺资料的准备工作
9）
负责投产阶段的生产组织协调
10)
与物流、技术部门共同工作，确保总装车间装车的准确、完备性
11)
对所负责的车型在总装内的工艺的执行和实施负责
12)
协助车间员工的技术培训工作
13)
及时组织解决所负责的车型在总装内出现的技术问题
14)
督促和检查各自然工作组对总装工艺的执行情况
15)
对所负责的车型在总装内的全面质量管理的实施负责
16)
降低成本的可行性分析和实施以及效果确认
17)
协助设备维护工程师作好通用工艺设备的维护和改造的工作
18)
负责生产线及设备的安装、调试、验收工作
19)
负责公司新品开发的总装图纸资料的工艺审查
20)
负责总装夹具设计方案的审查和总装夹具设计制造中的技术协调
21)
支持车间各自然工作组的工作

任职条件
1）
熟悉汽车构造，在汽车总装工艺方面有较好的专业知识和实践经验
2）
了解的产品开发体系相关节点和主要工作内容
3）
借助各种工具，不断提高工作效率；（包括并不限于Digital Buck/PDV、WERS、LQOS、APQP、MADIS）
4）
良好的敬业精神，团队协作能力强；
5）
熟练运用计算机基础工具（包括Word、Excel、Project、Outlook、PowerPoint、CAD）
General Assembly Process Engineer

Major responsibilities:

1）Responsible for research, development, compiling and promotion of the new technique of the model.
2）Work with designing engineers and adjust the technique feasibility of the model.
3）Compile all the technique materials for the final assembly of the model.
4）Responsible for the trial production and launch of the model.
5）Technical support for the modification or upgrading test of general equipment of the model.
6）Prepare and purchase specialized equipment of the model
7）Prepare spare parts of the model.
8）Prepare technique files during the trial production and launch periods.
9）Organize and coordinate production during launch period.
10)Work with MP&L and Technology Departments to ensure the assembly is complete and correct in the final assembly workshop.
11)Responsible for the execution and implementation of the technique at the final assembly stage.
12)Assist the employees' technical training in the workshop.?
13)Work on the technical problems in the final assembly
14)Supervise and inspect the execution of the final assembly technique of each natural workgroup.
15)Responsible for the overall quality management of the model in the final assembly
16)Feasibility analysis and implementation of cost reduction measures as well as the outcome confirmation.
17)Assist the equipment maintenance engineer with the maintenance and revampment of general technical equipment.
18)Responsible for installing, testing and signing off the assembly line and equipment.
19)Review the technical aspect of the final assembly drawing of the newly developed product.
20)Review the design proposal of final assembly jigs and provide technical support in designing and manufacturing final assembly jigs.
21)Provide support for each natural workgroup

Qualifications:

1）Familiar with the automotive configuration and expertise at final assembly technique, both in theory and practice
2）Understand the milestones and contents of Product Development System.
3）Make use of different instruments to improve the working efficiency. (include but not limited to Digital Buck/PDV PDV、WERS、LQOS、APQP、MADIS)
4）Devoted to work and good team player
5）Skillful in computer operation (including Word, Excel, Project, Outlook and CAD,CATIA)
