We are looking to expand the Business Development team with smart, motivated, and client-focused Business Development Specialist who is keen to embrace this dynamic international environment, eager to absorb knowledge and delivery quality results.

In this role you will get:

？ Training on CRM management, project management, secondary research etc.

Actions and responsibilities:

？ Work with the senior leadership team to proactively generate and actively maintain a lead bank of potential sales opportunities

？ Manage and report upon lead status, account structural changes, and client satisfaction etc.

？ Sales call/meetings arrangement

？ Customize marketing material based on clients potential interests

？ Efficiently conduct secondary research (on market, industry and country levels) to support sales activities

？ Update and manage SAI knowledge database and customer information database

？ Professionally represent SAI at all levels within client and target organizations to enhance our reputation

Qualifications:

？ BA/BS degree or equivalent majored in English / Business / Management / Economics etc.

？ Detail oriented and have strong work ethic, we value candidate with PRO-ACTIVE work attitude

？ Passion for sales and marketing

？ Strong communication skills in English at a business level

？ Proactive problem solving capabilities & outstanding interpersonal skills

？ MS office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

？ Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English

The position is based in Beijing or Shanghai, you can choose the location you would like to work in, very little travel is required. Competitive compensation will be offered for the right candidate.
