岗位职责:

1.全面统筹部门招采管理体系，建立、完善并监督执行部门招采管理制度、工作标准、业务流程等；
2.组织开展工程、材料设备招标采购相关工作，包括组织资源单位考察、资格预审、入围单位审批、编制招标/议标文件、发标、答疑、开评标、商务谈判、定标、合同审批等；
3.组织建立供应商资源库，进行资源库维护；
4.组织建立合作方履约评价机制；
5.组织年度供应商履约评价。

任职资格:

1. 造价、工程等相关专业；
2. 5年以上房地产公司相关岗位工作经验；
3. 精通招投标、采购、合约管理，了解并掌握房地产招标采购管理体系化运作及标准建立；
4. 掌握工程造价专业理论知识，各类材料设备技术标准规范；熟悉各类材料及设备市场行情和原材料的供应渠道；
5 .熟悉地产企业招投标管理、合同管理相关流程及要求；
6. 熟悉建筑相关政策法规，了解合同法等基本的法律知识；
7. 具备良好的商务谈判能力和沟通协调能力，能够独立组织大型招投标工作。

Investing and managing its own senior living facilities
Providing management contract and consultant services for other facilities
