Responsibilities:

• Managing the back office of the Global VP Digital Operations Center
• Prepare presentations for important decision boards, management cycles and Leadership conferences (incl. documentation of results and open points)
• cooperate with Assistant of CIO and other VPs in EMEA, AMER and APAC
• Preparing and merging central overview of all cross regional initiatives
• Pre- and Post-briefing of the VP’s regarding global and regional initiatives
• Centralize tracking of status and activities across all IT departments
• Be central point of contact for Regional VPs, Global Head of Services and regional CFOs ton ensure streamlined communication to the Global VP
• Coordinate important issues which effects several regions on behalf of DOC executive leadership team
• Oversee the status of all important initiatives across the regions and prioritize the schedule of the Global VP according the business

 

KEY COMPETENCIES

• Dynamic, optimistic, motivating and resilient character
• Ability to interface with international network of Assistants and Coordinators
• At least 3-5 years experience running a management office in a international context
• Degree in Information Technologies, Business Administration or similar field.
• Certifications in IT Service Management, IT Strategy or IT Operations preferred
• Excellent communication skills in German, English and Chinese language to ensure communication with HQ in Germany as well as Holdings in AMER and APAC
