Responsibilities:

- To reconcile all AP accounts

- To implement a consolidated system for payments for Beijing and Shenyang

- To recover the confidence of our internal and external suppliers

- To fully implement a successful payment calendar

- To support purchasing to enlarge payments (and avoid prepayments) to match our collection days

Qualifications/Requirements

- Fluent English in speaking and writing;

- Bachelor degree of Accounting

- At least 3+ years of AP accountant working experience, BPO or SSC experience preferred;

- Good time management skills;

- Able to quickly address problems;

- Raise issues on time;

- ERP oriented (Q&D and Oracle)

- Availability to travel to Mexico
