Key Responsibilities and Duties

· Release new product, new service to relevant parties in the Company.

· Regular oversight of team capabilities and workflow.

· Monitoring caseloads, closure rates, quality of the team, etc.

· Queue tracking and case prioritization

· Responding to escalated cases

· Overseeing New Hire and ongoing team capability improving

· Creating and updating Knowledge Base documents

· Train AE on processes & documentation for existing and upcoming services

· Provides technical support to customers in the field, keep it efficient, fast and convenient

Qualification

· Bachelor degree or above with related science (automation, engineering, electronics).

· Minimum 1 year correlative working experiences in industry automation.

· Good command in MS office and ERP/CRM.

· Team spirit responsible, self-motivated, adaptability & Integrity.

· Fluent English will be preferred.
