职位描述

Job Description：

1.Overall In-charge for the full spectrum of the accounting functions in China

2.Lead all activities within China from a finance perspective including reviewing of commercial contracts, tax, financial and management reporting, business analysis, budgeting and forecasting.

3.Cash management with the objective to resolve all outstanding issues directly with the Financial Controllers of the Hotels involved to reduce the Accounts Receivable aging debt.

4.Review and streamline existing workflow and internal controls to improve efficiency and safeguard the assets for the Group

5.Liaise with external auditors, tax agents/officers, lawyers and corporate secretary.

6.Ad hoc duties as assigned

To fulfill this exciting and challenging role the ideal candidate will possess:

1.A relevant tertiary and or professional qualification

2.5-6 years of working experience

3.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

4.Able to write and communicate in English

5.Good team player, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines

6.Sound business acumen, proactive and innovative, with the drive and initiative to continuously improve internal systems

7.Able to multi-task, meticulous attention to details and well-organized
