Our client is an international and young Architectural & Interior Design firm providing full service design and creative located in the United States & China. The team is comprised of a group of professional, experienced and vibrant designers with a wealth of successful experience in Shopping Mall, hospitality and office projects. This is an amazing opportunity to join their dynamic team in Shanghai producing stunning and innovative designs.

Responsibilities & Requirements

• 8-10 years working experience in Architectural field & supervision
• Diploma / Degree in Architecture or relevant discipline
• Proficient in Revit/ ArchiCad / Photoshop/Sketch Up etc.
• Have experience in large scale Shopping Mall; Strong construction drawing detailing
• Able to work on the architectural modeling and design development; handle the complications during the construction
• Project management and coordinate with all parties – contractors, consultancy, clients
• Well organized, responsible & excellent communication skills
• Fluent in Mandarin & English (Bonus)
• Immediate available is preferred
