Key Accountabilities

- Provide standard incident resolution via IT Service Desk processes.

- Perform basic workstation, printer and peripheral setup and troubleshooting.

- Configure and deliver new workstation handware based on approved IT standards.

- Assistant with system upgrades, moves, adds and changes.

- Update CMDB are reuired.

- Assistant other IT groups with operational support duties.

- Conduct user satisfaction call-backs as required.

- Additional projects or tasks as assigned by Managment.

Education

- College degree in a relevant technical area

Language Skills

- Native language and proficiency in verbal and written English

Minimum Work Experience

- Basic experience in systems support and operations, including LAN administration, PC and User support.

- Specific basic experience is required.

- Basic knowledge of standard IP-based networking topologies, networking hardware and exposure to network standards, and network protocols.
