Description：
- Manage the Fiber OLT product roadmap. Clarify the requirement, manage business case and define the release
content based on priority setting, drive the features from concept to product, and define and push the customer
introduction plan and roll-out.
- Prime interface towards the APAC region on roadmap and technical issues, including definition of customer
roadmap, support towards regional technical team for pre-sales activities, collaborate multi-function team and drive
the end-to-end solutions based on existing product portfolio, track & understand actual deployment status and network
evolution plans per customer, follow up customer field issues and deal with the escalations
- Main goal is to be able to understand, boost and promote our new and future fiber access technologies into Nokia
existing and potential customers within the APAC region. Proficiency in understanding service providers network evolution
and capable of highlighting Nokia new fiber products fit onto this network evolution. Available for traveling within the
region.
Qualifications：
- Education background: Master or above, major in Telecom, Computer Science or Elec. Engineering
- Working experience: 10+ years experiences in business development or product definition, IP and access fields.
Good knowledge on the FTTX technology. 1+ years overseas study/working experience preferred.
- Good team player, able to lead and coach the team, set priorities and balance resources
- Operational skills incl pricing, planning and forecasting, and product costing and financial analysis skills
- Language: Fluent English
