岗位目标/Purpose of the position

组装工人负责按照生产订单和客户的要求，完成呼吸防护类产品组装和测试，在安全操作的基础上确保产品质量。

The Assembly Worker is responsible for assembling and testing respiratory protection products to be delivered according to the production plan and customer requirements ,ensure the quality delivery under the safety produce

主要任务/Main tasks

组装

• 按照作业指导书或者工艺人员指导完成产品的装配工作，保证产品质量
• 及时反馈组装的不良问题，并做好相关记录
• 对组装使用的物料及工具要定期核对，杜绝丢失

维护和测试

• 使用装配工具装配产品，定期对装配工具进行维护
• 掌握相关工序的测试流程，独立完成测试工作
• 定期维护和查看设备状态，做好高、中压测试的安全性

其他

• 保持组装工作台5s,做好安全生产
• 遵循标准和流程来维护安全健康的工作环境，遵守所有质量，安全和工作规章制度
• 在需要的情况下，作为其他生产线的候补。
• 由经理/主管交办的其他事项

Assembling

• Assemble products on time and in the required product quality according to the process instruction and supervisor’s orders
• Find out the assembling problems and make a record
• Check the material and tools regularly and avoid losing

Maintenance and testing

• Maintain equipment and tools regularly
• Perform testing job independently according to the testing process
• Maintain and view the status of the device regularly make sure safety of high and middle pressure testing

Others

• Remain the working bench 5S, keep safe production
• Maintain safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures; comply with all quality, safety, and work rules and regulations
• Act as the backup of other production line if requires

Other duties as assigned by supervisor / manager

岗位要求/Position requirements

高中以上学历, 物流相当的专业或教育经历或经验 High school degree or a comparable combination of education and experience

1-2年生产线装配工作经验 1-2 years assembly line production working experience in manufacturing Professional

掌握测试工具的使用－基本Knowledge with usage of testing tools – basic level Behavioral

沟通技巧－基本Communicate effectively – basic level

团队合作精神－良好Cooperate with the team – advanced level

稳定性－良好Demonstrate stability – advanced level

吃苦耐劳－良好Be hardworking – advanced level

能接受综合工时工作制－良好Show flexibility (working time) – advanced level
