Responsibilities:

· Work on initiations with landlords and brokers to verify naked Hub from our competitors.

· Evaluate viability of potential projects through financial modeling, valuation analysis, due diligence, market research, and other suitable methodologies.

· Follow up on documents/technical etc. requirements between landlords and naked Hub.

· Active negotiate and build/maintain relationship with landlords.

· Set up naked Hub database of landlord’s contacts, project profiles, referrals, brokers engagements, agreements abstract etc.

· Track existing pipeline projects and coordinate with both internal departments and investors/business partners to complete tasks due in time.

· Be responsible for internal administration process

· On-site visit and other ad-hoc duties required.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Business, real estate.

· Solid knowledge in financial modeling and analysis.

· Minimum 3 years’ related experience, preferably in the real estate industry.

· Proven ability to implement contracts using superior negotiation and presentation skills.

· Versatile, flexible, adapt quickly to change and connect: you are excited by fast-paced, fast-changing environments.

· Strong work ethic and entrepreneurial spirit.

· Strong business development capability and forward thinking.

· Results driven with ability to both manage and execute projects.

· Native mandarin speaker with fluency in verbal and written English.
