Key Responsibilities

1. To act as a Company ambassador to internal and external clients in communicating the Company’s image as a high-quality service provider to all clients, callers and visitors;
2. Work and manage the Company’s telephone switchboard operation;
3. Greet/receive and offer hospitality to visitors to the Company;
4. Assist in the housekeeping of Public Areas, ensuring that a professional Company image is maintained at all times;
5. Manage courier traffic, liaising between the courier agent and staff members in respect of incoming and outgoing documents/parcels;
6. Manage the booking system for the use of the Meeting Rooms;
7. Help to arrange drinks and snacks for training and meetings when in need;
8. Check monthly bill of stationary, express mail, drinking water, travel cost and other office general expenses and arrange payment;
9. Act as backup of Travel Desk regarding employee business travel when needed;
10. Provide support assistance within a variety of office functions;
11. To carry out any other duties as directed by the Administration Manager.

Requirement:

1. Diploma or above in Administration, English or related disciplines;
2. Candidates with a background of working in multinational corporations highly desired;
3. Fluency of writing, reading and speaking in English and Mandarin;
4. Strong communication skills and professional telephone manner;
5. Hands-on usage of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel essential; and
6. Ability to multitask between reception and administration duties.
