Qualification
??- Degree in Computer Science, Software Development, Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering or related disciplines;

?- At least 3 years of working experience in a team and ability to communicate and cooperate effectively with different stakeholders;
- Strong knowledge on defect management, test reporting and test execution including executing test cases for the test phases of integration, system and UAT;
- Solid experience in test data management, test status analysis, IT applications, policy & procedures, commercial business acumen is a plus;
- proficiency in Test management tool - HP ALM/ JIRA/ Taiga，Microsoft Office Tools, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Visio，familiar with Load test tool, OSS test tool, ITIL tools is a plus;
- Experience in the automotive/ auto finance industry of consulting preferred;?- English language skills essential in writing and speaking;?- Work experience in Germany companies preferred.?

?Responsibility
??- Responsible for the API of web application and windows services;?- Reporting on the defect highlights; assuring quality of defects and taking the responsibility for the assignment; collecting information for defect analysis; tracking the fixing of critical defects and escalations for debug if necessary;
- Support test manager on preparing, reviewing and providing updated information for daily, weekly or on a test phase basis test/defect statements, and other financial reports as required;
- Prepare, acquire, protect and process test data in order to fulfill test objectives;
- Support test manager on determine and analyze trends from test statistic data that is collected to assist in compiling reports that will help in decision-making;?- Understand and effectively use standard client and/or server software packages to support test management (e.g. MS Office, Internet, Intranet, SAP CO, ARIS);
- Develop, monitor, interpret and understand policies and procedures and ensure their alignment with organizational strategies and objectives.
