Essential Functions:

1.负责接收和评估相关部门提交的经过审批的采购申请单，并登记台账；

Responsible for receiving and assessing the approved PR submitted by the relevant department and registering the account;

2.负责对采购申请单中需采购的物资进行评审，充分了解其技术要求及技术规范；

Responsible for reviewing the items to be purchased in the PR, fully understanding its technical requirements and technical specifications;

3.负责对新供应商以及潜在供应商的开发、评估和比较；

Responsible for the development, evaluation and comparison of new suppliers.

4.负责与供应商进行商务谈判，并按时完成合同和订单签署并发送供应商；

Responsible for business negotiation with suppliers, signing contract & PO and sending them to suppliers on time;

5.责订单及合同签订后的相关事宜，包括设备的到货跟踪、分期付款等，直至合同结束；

Responsible for the relevant issues after the signing of PO and the contract, including equipment arrival tracking, installments, etc., until the end of the contract;

6.负责采购数据的记录及维护；

Responsible for maintaining purchasing data.

7.领导交办的其他事项。

Other matters assigned by the leader.

Education:

统招本科以上学历，机械、电气、采购、物流相关专业。

Bachelor’s degree or above, mechanical, electrical, procurement, logistics related majors.

Minimum Experience Required:

5年以上半导体或微电子行业采购工作经验，其中3年以上设备采购经验。

5 years+ Purchasing working experiences in semiconductor or microelectronics industry, 3 years+ equipment purchasing working experences.

Skills Required:

1.具有较强的成本分析能力和商务谈判技巧；

Strong cost analysis ability and business negotiation skills

2.熟悉采购工作流程，具备市场调研的能力；

Familiar with the procurement process, with the ability of market research;

3.熟悉相关合同条款，能制作商务合同及招标书；

Familiar with the relevant procurement contract terms, can draft business contracts and tender;

4.熟悉设备报关及进口流程；

Familiar with equipment declaration and import process;

5.能够熟练使用SAP 系统和OFFICE等办公软件

Be proficient in using SAP system and OFFICE software

6.熟练的英语口语和书面能力。

Proficiency in spoken and written English.

Technology

Design Team

Our core team has over 30 patents and had a hand in some of the most compelling high volume RFIC products ever. We will be putting together a team of highly talented RFIC designers with the opportunity to deliver compelling RF technology to power 5G networks.
