Responsibilities:

• On-site or online diagnostics and troubleshooting to end users

• Third-party vendor management and escalation for problem resolutions and system enhancement

• Schedule preventive maintenance for IT system

• On-site or online services to ensure speedy repair and recovery of IT equipment including hardware and software

• End-user training

• Collect and feedback the IT requirement from GC team to headquaters

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or network or equivalent

• 3 years' experince on IT maintenance

• Speaks Mandarin and English fluently

• Good learning skills

• Willing to travel
