The role is responsible for administrating all training activities with the use of Learning management system. To support smooth operation of corporate university product training and soft skill training ：

· Be responsible for Successfactors Learning Management System (LMS) administration from SO creation, training registration, and training record 负责对学习管理平台的管理- 包括课程（schedule offering）的创建，培训注册以及培训记录

· Be responsible for training marketing and promotion, Leverage Marketo for training newsletter release on a monthly basis 负责培训在公司内部的沟通及推广，利用Marketo 沟通工具按月发布培训的新闻稿

· Monitors attendance records of training classes.整理归档培训签到

· Sets up and coordinate classroom according the training check list, prepare sign in forms, handouts and training materials.按照课程需求准备教室、签到表、培训资料和材料等。

· Write training summary and publish on internal social media platform 准备培训总结并发布到公司内部平台

· Responsible to follow up the training feedback from trainee and trainer.从培训师和学员处了解培训反馈。

· Performs other tasks as assigned by line manager.完成直线经理安排的其他任务。

Education:

§ A Bachelor degree in a relevant discipline (human resources, social sciences, business management) or equivalent combination of appropriate qualifications and experience.

Experience:

§ 3-5 years in a similar position within an international company.

§ Experience in training administration

§ Be familiar with Successfactors or other similar LMS system

Competencies:

§ Strong process follow – up and improvement oriented mind set

§ Strong interpersonal and facilitation skills.

§ Ability for data analysis and Reporting

§ Good level of English speaking

§ Excellent in Microsoft Office skills

§ Be familiar with Photoshop or other media processing software will be a plus

1. Open minded and not restricted in traditional HR or training role.

2. Quick adapter to changing environment.

3. Interest in understanding business.
