1. Compentence/Mission:
He/She is graduated in electronic or electrical engineering with a master in development or management or production activities. He/She has at least 2 years of experience in previous Chinese companies linked to European or US Groups
He/She is fluent in English language. The knowledge of any other foreign language (i.e. Italia, French, Spanish) is a plus.
He/She has a RAMS background or at least a good understanding of the RAMS and LCC concepts (such as FMECA, Hazard Analysis, Fault Tree Analysis, SIL allocation etc.) having applied them in previous work or study experiences. The knowledge of the main European railway RAMS standards such as EN 50126/EN 50128/EN 50129 is a plus.
He/She has a system approach and is able to identify the RAMS/LCC requirements on the Customer specification and to follow all the activities related to the satisfaction of such requirements from Tender till final Validation.
After proper training with CoC RAMS Manager/Department :
 - He/She is able to collect the RAMS data of the different components / subassemblies and to organize preliminary safety and reliability analysis in order to demonstrate the compliance with mentioned requirements at tender stage first and then throughout the entire project lifecycle.
- He/She is able to prepare RAMS/LCC documents to be sent to the car-builders and end-users.
  - He/She is able to identify safety related items and with the help of CoC RAMS to put in place proper mitigation actions. He/She is especially focused on the Safety Integrity of electronic-based systems and corresponding software.
He/She : is rigorous and represent the Customer interface for the matters referred to RAMS and LCC including the phase of RAMS indexes collection from the fleet by means of the applications of proper Company tools.
He/She Supports the Project System Engineer in discussions with the Customer concerning the demonstration of RAMs/LCC requirements compliance and the maintenance documentation .
He/She is available for training and work missions outside China

2.Budget
He/She will work closely with China technical management to forecast and analyze the required yearly budget of RAMS and LCC activities.
He will define and report the RAMS development requirements in terms of resources, tools, training and processes.

3.Link to customers and car builders
Support discussions with the customer for the RAMS and LCC / Maintenance requirements
Make technical presentations to the customers as required where suitable
