Position Description
Report to – VP of Finance
Location
Beijing
Responsibilities
1. Develop and manage relationships with key banks, investors, and other financial institutions;
2. Cash management, cash flow forecast, liquidity planning and control;
3. Build channels for capital financing and search for potential equity investors;
4. Work on business plan for financing project and manage project implementation;
5. Establish company’s credit policy, manage credit risks, and manage company’s cash conversion cycle
6. Keep abreast of changes in economic conditions and regulatory issues influencing foreign exchange and interest rates, and address the impact on business;
7. Fully understand the various financial market instruments including FX trading and effectively manage company’s financial risk; and;
8. Assist VP of Finance in other special projects
Qualifications
1. More than 10 years’ treasury experiences in a MNC or financing experience in Investment Banks or both, experience of IPO is a plus.;
2. In depth knowledge of domestic and international finance and treasury regulations, international practice, the operation and procedures of banks and financial institutions;
3. Excellent analytical skills in corporate finance and financial market;
4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, for liaising with senior management, bankers and investors;
5. Passionate on start-up business, willing to take challenges under pressure;
6. Bachelor or above degree, major in Finance/Accounting/Economics; MBA or CFA charter holder preferred.
