Swire (Beijing) Management Consultancy Limited provides management, group public affairs, internal auditing and risk management services to the Swire Group companies in Mainland China. Our Group Internal Audit Department invites applications for the following position:

The Job:
Reporting to the Audit Committee, the Group Internal Audit Department is highly respected in the Group. We are responsible for providing internal audit services to all companies within the Swire Pacific Group. We are now looking for a talented individual to work in the department as Senior Auditor, which is an exciting role with an opportunity to build your career in a global organization. Main duties and responsibilities include:

1. Performs complex level professional internal auditing work. Work involves leading or conducting audit projects as well as providing consulting services to the organization’s management and staff
2. Performs audit procedures, including identifying and defining issues, developing criteria, reviewing and analyzing evidence, and documenting client processes and procedures
3. Conducts interviews, reviews documents, develops and administers surveys, composes summary memos, and prepares working papers
4. Identifies, develops, and documents audit issues and recommendations using independent judgement concerning areas being reviewed
5. Communicates or assists in communicating the results of audit and consulting projects via written reports and oral presentations to management
6. Develops and maintains productive client and staff relationships through individual contacts and group meetings
7. Pursues professional development opportunities, including external and internal training and professional association memberships, and shares information gained with co-workers
8. Provides or assists in providing training, coaching, and guidance to internal audit staff in conducting audits and other audit-related issues
9. Performs related work as assigned by GIAD management

Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
2. 6 years of relevant experience in auditing, accounting or business analysis
3. Certification as a CIA, CPA, or CISA is a definite advantage
4. Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
5. Previous global and regional exposure is definitely an advantage
6. At least 50% of travel should be expected.
