职位描述
Due West Education is seeking talented individuals with experience in Sales for a position based in Beijing, China. The Sales Executive will work with the Sales team in the creation and implementation of successful and sustainable sales strategies.
Key responsibilities:
Work and cooperate closely with other teams to coordinate, organize,
and facilitate sales meetings and promotional events (marketing
presentations)
进行销售会议的协调、组织及实施工作。参与相关的销售活动
Manage the sales meeting process (business to consumer)
负责客户销售会议的相关工作,并参加销售会议
Consistently generate new sales leads and ensure the conversion of
sales leads to signed contracts
开发新客户,并促进新客户的签约
Facilitate sales team processes
与销售团队共同完成相关的销售工作
Contribute to meeting monthly sales goals
协助团队完成月度销售目标
Identify new channels for business development opportunities and
foster and maintain relationships with identified contacts at these
organizations
进行业务拓展,建立并且维护与客户的良好关系
Monitor, assess, and improve KPIs
努力提升业绩,协助团队工作
Qualifications Required:
Bachelor’s degree or higher
Native Mandarin Chinese speaker and fluent English language ability
Formal experience: 3-5 years direct B to C sales
Desire to work in a fast-paced “start-up” and entrepreneurial
environment
Self-motivated with a willingness to learn
Strong attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills
Creative problem-solver
Collaborative team player
Commitment to growing with and contributing to the overall success of the company
Willing and able to work flexible hours (either Sunday-Thursday or Tuesday-Saturday work schedule)
Qualifications Desired:
Experience in the international education/admissions industry and/or luxury consumer product sales
Experience in client relations/customer service
Study abroad experience
Compensation & Benefits Include:
Competitive industry salary commensurate with experience
17 days of paid annual leave and all official Chinese public holidays
