1. 对采购部门内的决策、计划、项目状况等事件予以沟通以达到公司要求；
2、指导采购团队的工作，定期提供工作反馈、及对供货商供货情况的评估；
3、协助直接上司，在业务持续发展的基础上进行采购流程的改进；
4、与其他部门经理合作，协调具有团队精神，公司生产、采购、物流等部门间的合作，了解日常业务及客户需求，实现公司财务目标；
5、定期的数据分析并形成报告，为业务决策者提供有效而准确的信息；
6、定期对采购人员的业绩和部门工作进行总结和评估；
7、与政府相关部门保持良好的业务联系（海关等），以确保公司业务的正常进行
1. Be responsible to the decision making within the purchase department, and meet the company requirements in regard of project plan, progress, and results;
2.Leading the purchase staff in their daily work, and periodically get feedback from staff and suppliers; in time performance evaluation on suppliers;
3.Assist the DGM for the processes improvement for the purchase functions;
4.Coordinates the different departments between production, logistics, and purchase for a better cooperation to achieve better business results;
5.Periodic data analysis in work reports to provide effective & accurate information for business review.
6.Periodic review on staff’s performance and department performance evaluations;
7.Keep good work relations with external authorities to ensure company business in smooth operation.

任职要求：

1. 本科及本科以上学历；
2. 同行业5年以上外企相关工作经验；
3. 对供应商管理有专业的知识和经验；
4. 对部门内部管理有专业的知识和经验；
5. 优秀的沟通技巧(如:书面、口头、陈述)、领导力、影响力和谈判技巧，并有很强的英文表达能力。
6. 能够用行业标准的质量改进工具和概念来进行流程改进，并且对管理过程有全面的理解.
1. With university degree on related major or equivalent experience;
2. Typically 5+ years of related experience in WOFE manufactory operations.
3. Advanced knowledge and expertise on supplier management;
4. Skills of management of purchase function within the company;
5. Advanced skills on negotiations, communications skills internally & externally; English communication skills both in oral & written preferred;
6. Overall understanding of purchase management & process improvement.
