*岗位职责
1. Responsible for planning and leading Customer Loyalty Program to enhance service quality as well customer stickness to underpin the business loyalty of customers.
2. Responsible for the rountine and annual data analysis through Customer Loyalty Program and provide insights for further customer experience and program enhancement.
3. Build relationships with other business functional leaders internally and vendors externally, to promote collaboration regarding Customer Loyalty on key business objectives
4. Support Managerment to create awareness of LSH Auto China Branding to differentiate LSH from other IND MB dealers to become the MB customer 1st choice of purchase and service considerations, increase re-purchase and referrals
*岗位要求:
1. Min. 5 - 6 years in CRM or Business Consulting.
2. Other experience in project management, operation, service-quality management and agency management is an advantage
3. Consumer brand experience; preferably in car business or luxury brand(premium electronics, fashion, lifestyle, consumer products)
