职位描述

素质要求:qualifications: 1.大学本科以上学历,工程类,管理类、贸易类专业,mba者优先;bachelor degree or above, engineering or business administration or commerce background, mba is a plus. 2、经验要求:有外企7以上汽车行业的销售工作经验,有汽车内饰件经验者更佳; experience:minimum of 7 years foreign company sales experience in automotive industry , automotive interior parts sales experience is perferred. 3、特殊技能/专业知识的要求:有临场应变能力的处理能力及较强的谈判技巧;优秀的人际关系技巧处理能力,良好的沟通能力;流利的英语口语交流,英语书面写作能力强;具有项目管理、培训、谈判、沟通 、分析能力的技能;能阅读图纸、分析解决问题的能力,预估零件的销售报价;精通办公软件工作(word excel powerpoint ),很强的抗压能力,独立工作能力且以客户为导向的商旅出差; special knowledge or skill:ability to make immediate response and strong negotiation skills; excellent interpersonal skills, good communication skills; fluent in english with excellent written and verbal communication skills; possess project management, training, negotiation, communication, analysis ability skills; able to read drawings, the ability to analyze and solve problems, estimate parts sales price; excellent knowledge of ms-office software (word excel powerpoint), a strong anti-pressure ability , work independently and can arrange customer-oriented business travel. 4、需要强调的品质:上进心、责任心、抗压力强 personality/important traint to note: aggressive, responsibility, be able to work under pressure. 5、主导客户商务活动,担当各自负责客户的销售和利润完成目标。传达客户的需求和期望信息给所有的相关组织部门,帮助支持公司所有与客户需求服务相关的部门,以使公司能对客户作出***的回应方式。 to lead the commercial activity, taking responsibility of the sales and profitability objectives achievement for his/her customers. customer voice in hp pelzerandy , transmitting its necessities and expectations to the organization, helping to focus all the hp pelzerandy organizational structures in customer service in order to provide the best response. 工作职责 responsibilities: 1、开发和维护关键客户关系,使之更加完善发展。 develop and maintain key customer relationships and make it more perfect development. 2、保持与主要客户的深厚关系,建立业务模型与关键客户群。 to maintain strong relationships with key customers, establish the business model with key customer base. 3、主导关注关键客户服务,追踪并支持有关影响范围的决议。 lead customer focus service, monitoring & supporting incidences resolution. 4、发展执行必要的商务活动以定义、计划并达到销售收益率目标。与技术研发等部门协作配合。 defining, proposing and achieving sales & profitability objectives and develop the necessary commercial activities to reach it, cooperating with the technical and r&d area as other organization areas. 5、确保将正确的客户的需求和期望信息传述给公司的团队,关注所有关于客户的服务需求,以可以作出***的回应方式 assure correct transmission customer needs & expectations to the organization, focus all the structures in customer service in order to provide the best response. 6、研究和预测市场演变,预计这些措施需要适应新趋势,汇报给销售总监; study and predict the evolution of the market, take action to adapt to new trends, reporting to the sales director; 7、收集竞争对手的信息,包括样品/价格/成本/供应链; gather competitor information, including sample / price / cost / supply chain; 8、协助做市场分析和竞争对手分析; assist to do a market analysis and competitor analysis; 9、建立销售账户限额; establish sales account limits; 10、与项目团队合作以达到目标; cooperate with the project team to achieve goals 11、配合其他部门处理程序开发和产品质量问题; cooperate with other departments to do program develop and product quality problems; 12、负责发票信息和传递给客户; responsible for the invoice information and transfer to customers 13、主导客户报价,按照公司决策报价及价格谈判。 coordinate and lead the quotation process, to prepare the quotes as well as to negotiate these quotes with the customer according to company decision. 14、负责年度降价谈判。 responsible for the annual price negotiations. 职能类别:大客户管理 客户经理/主管
